A Fruit of Knowledge (fok) Learning Circle
June 11th 6-9pm on ZOOM
In this learning circle Samantha Zipporah offers aspiring & practicing doulas the unique perspective & client documents she developed during over a decade of serving as a doula for birth, miscarriage, & abortion.
Drawing upon diverse experiences caring for all types of pregnancy releases in hospitals, homes, birth centers, & clinical settings, Sam will share a myriad of tips, tricks, skills, & knowledge to inform & inspire folks on the doula path.
With reverence for the lineage of pregnancy care & companionship as an ancestral practice & spiritual calling, we will explore strategies for cultivating education, experience, & income as a doula in modernity.
Participants will be encouraged to develop their own unique doula care praxis, definition of integrity & sense of inner authority. We will be questioning conventional tropes of professionalism, language & certification. The role of a doula will be examined through lenses of reproductive justice, spirituality, intimacy, sexuality, evolutionary biology, anarchy & more.
Everyone who registers (& fok members of tiers 2 & 3) will receive access to a curated digital resource folder of documents Sam developed & used to support her clients in birth, abortion, & miscarriage including but not limited to:

Non-members may register a la cart to receive a link to join the circle live, recieve a 2 week limited replay, & folder of doula documents.
Sliding scale a la cart registration is $55-$111
*which is a wee bit more than the monthly tier 2 membership fee, btw
