In this recorded zoom call we celebrate our freedom of CHOICE, not just with our wombs, but with our words. You are invited to make fertile soil for growth of specificity, comprehension, reverence, respect, pleasure & power by composting a myriad of commonly used reproductive & sexual health terms.
Identifying & invoking a Sacred Yes while avoiding pregnancy is what puts the consciousness in “Conscious Contraception.”
Our capacity & right to say NO to pregnancy is sacred.
However, that “no” does not exist in a vacuum.
It is defined by our desires.
These desires are also sacred; & while they are generally plural, I like to call them…
The Sacred Yes.
This is a call to action for anyone who cares about reproductive justice & abortion access to gain knowledge about how to support to individuals before, during, & after abortion experiences of all kinds by familiarizing themselves with a variety of methods. Our objective is to demystify abortion options, based in physiology rather than ideology or legality.
Let us re-story our relationship with pain & the womb continuum, & examine the biology of our beliefs.
Join me in uprooting the narrative that we are cursed to suffer in our basic biological functions because of Eve’s sin in the garden; untangling snarls from deep within the substrate of our cultural mythos.
